How Second Look works
Still available: each listing carries the date it first appeared on our board. We re-check our sold records — when one sells, it comes off this page.
Still below market: the asking price still clears our around-25%-below bar against the median of genuine recorded sales, shown on every card.
Never dressed up as new: no "new" badges, no fresh-deal treatment. The date on the card is the honest age of the listing.
The leverage is the point: a seller who has waited weeks may entertain an offer below asking. Be polite, be fair — and do your own homework on the seller, same as anywhere online.
Fair values come from genuine recorded sales in our comp ledger. Second Look listings live on this page only.
